Project Details

Our team of architects, planners, and engineers worked with the City of Wilsonville on the design of this new 30,000 SF City Hall Building. The site design includes a landscaped parking lot and room for a planned future addition. The secured employee lot features bio-swales to detain and pre-treat stormwater runoff. In the building’s interior, the absence of brace frames allows for greater interior layout flexibility, while the city office and public areas are separated into distinct zones joined by the lobby. Associated work included civil and traffic engineering services on the adjacent roadways.
