Our services include:

• Site due diligence - investigating issues affecting site development, such as zoning, utilities, physical and environmental constraints, easements, and other encumbrances.
• Land use entitlements - assisting clients in acquiring land use and other project approvals necessary for development projects to proceed.
• Development planning - working in collaboration with other in-house disciplines to generate strategic plans for property development that are flexible and position our client’s property to respond to future development opportunities.
