Group Mackenzie is providing full land use and master planning, architectural, and structural engineering services for this newly constructed Central Oregon lifestyle retail development that will include 3 buildings. This first phase includes 39,000 SF of retail space that will complement the historic character of the 7.5-acre site, create a connection to the Deschutes River, and highlight views of the Cascade Mountain Range. Premier national tenants include Chico’s, White House/Black Market, and Ann Taylor Lofts. Currently under construction, The Shops North is scheduled to open this fall.
