Safeway Stores

Project Details

Group Mackenzie is working with Safeway, Inc., on implementation of Safeway's new "Lifestyle" format upgrade to stores in California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. The format upgrade is an element of the retail corporation's "Ingredients for life" rebranding campaign. Group Mackenzie projects include occupied remodels; expansions; and new construction replacements of existing stores, primarily in Northern California, for stores ranging in size from 26,000 to 85,000 SF. Upgrades include site work, exterior and interior architectural improvements, accessibility, fixtures, merchandising, finishes, lighting, signage, and graphics.
