Close collaboration between architects and engineers ensures the appropriate sizing of structural elements, yielding a more efficient design. Our professionals have extensive experience working with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood. The group is accustomed to meeting the unique structural challenges of clear spans, heavy loading, vibration reduction, and seismic design and upgrades.

Our services include building condition reviews; construction lending reviews; feasibility studies; probable maximum loss (PML) studies; value engineering services; seismic retrofit studies, analysis, and design; structural alteration studies, analysis, and design; complete building planning, analysis, and design; and construction contract administration.
