Project Details
This 145,000 SF facility, at a prominent location at the east end of Airport Way in Southshore Corporate Park, houses LaCrosse Footwear Inc.’s corporate headquarters and a distribution center for their LaCrosse and Danner footwear brands. The building includes 29,502 SF of office space on two stories, which features an open plan and high ceilings with an emphasis on natural lighting to create a pleasant working atmosphere. The warehouse incorporates a 32’-0” interior clear height to facilitate LaCrosse’s high cube racking configuration.
Sustainable concepts incorporated into the building include high-efficiency lighting, both in the office and the warehouse; occupancy controls for all lighting; high-efficiency mechanical systems; and earth-friendly finishes throughout the office. The site layout affords a direct link to the pedestrian path adjacent to the Columbia Slough and a great view of Mt. Hood to the east.
