Project Details

This 3-story, 52,000 SF claims and customer service building in Lewiston, Idaho, allowed Regence BlueShield of Idaho to move these functions to their headquarters. Our planners shepherded a rezoning process to consolidate several parcels into one contiguous site. The building core was designed with maximum flexibility for future uses to greatly reduce operation costs associated with office "churn." A 2.5" raised floor incorporates plug-and-play power and data to ease personnel moves. An extensive regrading effort improved pedestrian and vehicular circulation on the campus, while significant utility infrastructure improvements allows for the proper management of storm water and site utilities.
