Regence BlueCross BlueShield Call Center
This regional call center was a challenging project due to the site and building's former industrial uses and the client's desire for a lively, invigorating space. To fulfill that goal, Group Mackenzie designers transformed the original utilitarian warehouse into a dynamic new work environment and vibrant workplace. Colors and patterns unify spaces, define areas, direct traffic flow, and create an exciting and productive employee atmosphere. Another primary goal for the design was flexibility to allow for growth and reconfiguration. The plan allows for future phases that will capture all 88,000 SF of the existing building.
