Project Details

Our team of architects, designers, planners, and engineers worked closely with the client for the design of this new 70,000 SF, 3-story university library. The program and design arose from a collaborative effort involving the university’s executive committee, faculty, and students, as well as neighborhood community groups. The result is a sustainable, energy-efficient, state-of-the-art facility designed to LEED Silver certification standards that will serve as a strong recruiting tool. The design doubles classroom capacity and allows for future student and faculty growth. Additionally, Group Mackenzie has worked with the university on master planning efforts, as well as a new sports field and throwing facility.
