Clackamas County Public Services Building

Project Details

Our design team focused on quality, optimum life-cycle cost, and environmental responsibility for this 4-story, 109,000 SF brick office building. A major goal of this project was to balance initial construction costs with the expected long-term operational costs of the facility. Currently, this building uses 30% less energy than a comparable code compliant building. The project was awarded LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The building, sited on 6.5 acres, was the first new sustainable building in the Red Soils area.
