Two Park Place

Project Details

This 88,000 SF, 4-story office building features complementary colors of brick and glass to coordinate with the neighboring One Park Place and Electric Lightwave buildings, also designed by Group Mackenzie. The landscaping and site design create a campus-like atmosphere. A 40,000 SF, 224-car parking structure is accessible to One and Two Park Place, while a cafe and deli on Two Park Place's ground floor serves employees from both buildings. Within the building's interior, cherry and maple wood paneling and metal wainscoting recall exterior elements and are softened by an earth-toned color scheme. The lobby features a 2-story atrium with stairs leading to a second-floor balcony.
